Spark Marketing (SMC-Private) Limited offers a streamlined onboarding process for clients and partners engaging with our digital marketing and advertising services. These terms outline the eligibility, documentation, and operational requirements to ensure a professional service relationship.

1. Client Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for services with Spark Marketing, clients must:

  • Be a registered business with SECP or possess valid sole proprietorship/professional documentation.

  • Hold a valid CNIC of the authorized signatory or business owner.

  • Maintain an active bank account titled in the business or owner’s name.

  • Promote legal goods or services in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

  • Not operate in restricted sectors such as gambling, narcotics, unregulated forex, or adult content.

2. Required Documentation

Clients are required to submit the following during the onboarding process:

  • Business Proof: SECP registration certificate or valid business license.

  • Identity: CNIC of the director or business owner.

  • Financial Proof: Bank account maintenance certificate (same-title).

  • Verification: Utility bill or tenancy agreement for address verification.

  • Assets: Official letterhead, brand assets, and website URL.

3. Campaign & Digital Integration

  • Access Requirements: Clients must provide necessary administrative access to social media managers, ad accounts, or website backends within the agreed timeframe.

  • Security: All login credentials and "Advertiser" roles must be managed securely; unauthorized sharing of access may lead to project suspension.

  • Setup Timeline: Initial campaign setup and strategy integration are expected to be completed within 14 days, unless otherwise specified in the project scope.

4. Operational Responsibilities

  • Service Management: Clients are responsible for their own customer service and product delivery. Spark Marketing manages the outreach and advertising only.

  • Policy Alignment: Client ad content must align with Spark Marketing’s quality standards and the policies of the respective social media platforms.

  • Audit Rights: We reserve the right to audit campaign performance and content for compliance with local advertising regulations.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Service Fees: Payments for marketing services (labor/strategy) are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Ad Spend: Any funds paid directly to third-party ad platforms (Meta, Google) are subject to those platforms' specific refund terms and are not refundable by Spark Marketing.

  • Pre-Launch: If a project is cancelled before any strategy or design work has started, a partial refund may be issued, subject to a 15% administrative fee.

6. Suspension and Termination

Service access or project execution may be suspended or terminated under the following conditions:

  • Evidence of fraud, illegal activity, or promotion of misleading content.

  • Failure to provide necessary documentation or account access.

  • Breach of payment terms or operational guidelines.

  • Regulatory or legal directives requiring suspension.
